Regenesis operates from the core belief that in order to transform the planet, we as humans must first transform ourselves—to pattern the way we work after the way nature works and to expand our sense of what we can aspire towards.
In 2012, Regenesis launched a program of education offerings to enable sustainability practitioners to learn the practice of regenerative development and grow the internal capability required to deliver truly transformational work. This program now supports an emerging network of regenerative development practitioners in communities around the world.

What we offer
The Regenerative Practitioner Series
Enrolling now: TRP is a live seminar series for practitioners working in the built environment, community development, and higher education fields. The series is a powerful primer on how to develop the regenerative thinking that’s needed to enable projects of all kinds to transform the relationship between social and ecological systems. In 2017 we are organizing three cohorts – North America, New Zealand, and Europe. Learn more
Story of Place Course
Enrolling now: An immersive course on the methodology of developing a Story of Place as a basis for regenerative community engagement and initiatives. The course will consist of a series of videoconference sessions beginning in mid-June 2017, and culminate in a five-day intensive workshop in September. We will be enrolling two cohorts, one focusing on Fort Collins, Colorado at the base of the Northern Rocky Mountain foothills and the other focusing on the Hudson Valley area of Northern New York. Ongoing Support for Regenerative Practitioners
We are developing an online platform where regenerative practitioners can come together to access materials and resources as well as share their work with one another. If you are a graduate of The Regenerative Practitioner program, you can learn more about the support we currently provide – the Continuing Practicum, the Annual Gathering of Regenerative Practitioners, and individual coaching – by clicking here.
